Day 1 ( Day of the procedure)

Wash all your face and eyes with gentle cleanser, apply a thin layer of Aquaphor on the eyeliner.

Day 2 (Next day )You may wake up swollen, but you can remedy this by sleeping on an incline or applying a cool compress. Your eyeliner will feel tight.

Day 2 – 14 Keep your eyes dry away from hot water/ steam. All of the creams and lotions, mascara and all of the makeup should be avoided.

Your eyeliner color is approximately 30% darker than it will be when it’s healed. It will also appear slightly larger than it will heal in just a few days. This is due to color oxidation as well as a small amount of swelling and it is a normal part of your healing process. You will have no trouble driving home and going about the rest of your day normally.

How to make a cold compress: Take a wet paper towel, fold it in half and place the paper towel into a zip-lock bag and place the bag into the freezer for about 45 min. Then you want to gently place the cold compress on your eye (do not rub).

Flakiness may accrue on some skin. Healing process can take up to 4 weeks .

If you have had your eyebrows/eyes/lips previously tattooed/microbladed in the past elsewhere and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email or text us some clear photos prior to booking your appointment.

We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows/eyes/lips are workable. In most cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended.

We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes happen. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

We require 48 hours of advance notice for all appointments, including consultations, complementary & annual maintenance. No exceptions.

No refunds will be given on the booking fee due to late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment) or no-shows.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by sending us an email or a text at any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or do it yourself by signing in to our booking system.

Out of respect and consideration for your cosmetic tattoo artist and other clients, please do your best to arrive on time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation.

We are aware that life happens and are sympathetic, but we often have another client after the initial one and it would be unfair for them to have to wait for their appointment. If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure, a new non-refundable booking fee and scheduled appointment will need to be made.

The non-refundable booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about coming to your scheduled appointment. We want to make sure no one’s time is wasted.

A 20%, non-refundable booking fee is applied to the cost of your procedure, and is due at booking. The remaining 80% of your balance is due immediately after the initial service is complete.

No refunds will be given for any services that have been scheduled
